Your manager is not helpful they back out into thier office instead of helping the waiting customers in line ,, act like they are busy but are just talking , ask for proof of certain things and dont know what they accept, no bilingual help for a customer who is bilingual and just over all bad expierence in these banks. Improve or you will keep losing customers.

Had a very poor experience with a banker today. Joneicia collier. Kept asking me again and again what I wanted. When I was very clear why we went into the bank today, kept asking me to do some financial checkup with wells fargo that I have no interest in, wasted more time than I wanted to spend in there to begin with. Made innapropriate comments/jokes about me stealing my girlfriends money if we had a joint account and even had the audacity to ask her if she trusted me. For a $25 account. I didn't know there were prescreening questions or marriage requirements for joint accounts. I reccomend to avoid this bank if you can't avoid the banker we delt with. Extremely innapropriate and made us both uncomfortable.

Great bank, been with this bank for several years now, and will not change for anything. The only problem I have is the closest bank to me is a hour or more from me. Sure wish they would put a branch in McComb Ms. Would be so helpful for people.

Refused to help with an overdraft fee that was wrongfully added to my account. The manager at this location has been difficult to work with on numerous occasions as well. We avoid this branch like the plague (or would COVID be more in "season")

So slow! Both locations in Hattiesburg has a long wait. There are too few employees for the amount of business.

Poor communication between bankers. One told me to set an appointment to get a temporary card. And now they tell me they no longer do temporary cards. The original card they sent they cancelled and sent another one. So yet another week with out a card. I am unable to pay some online bills and was unable to participate in Cyber Monday and online deals for black friday. I now have to carry around cash which makes me feel unsafe. Not having to carry cash and being able to make payments online are the only reasons I have an account with wells fargo so I will be searching for a bank that can actually fulfill there purpose.

This is the ONLY branch I use. The tellers and bankers are so nice. They remember who I am and they treat me with so much respect. I can't say the same for the branch closer to USM.
