“I was in town for the funeral of immediate family in Hernando. After funeral service was over my car would not crank and it was after 8pm at night. I had to get a ride to my hotel and that night I researched local auto repair shops in the area. After researching and reading all the reviews Pounders Repair stood out from the rest. I called them the next morning got a tow to their shop and they quickly hooked up my car for diagnostics. They were able to get my car started and suggested I drive it the 6 hours home to get a complete check on my car from my dealer. After all this there was no charge for their time spent. If I lived in the Hernando area Pounders would be the place I would go. If you If live
in the area and have car problems I would definitely use them and trust them for their honesty and integrity.”

We’ve been going to Earl every sense! Old school and knows what he’s talking about. Any mechanical issue, Earl got it. He’s going to fix it”
“I brought my car here to be diagnosed and worked on; Jay was my mechanic and he was very kind, communicative, and thourough regarding my vehicle.
Although this shop doesn't work on european cars, they still made an attempt and did their best. Unfortunately, Jay declared Victor (my car) was deceased. Cause of death was cardiac arrest (motor blew up basically).
Tragic indeed but they successfully diagnosed my vehicle and did their best!
Would highly recommend them for non-european cars!”

“Today Principle Toyota was a complete life saver for me. I drove from Grenada, MS. to Baptist Hospital in Southaven Ms.this morning to have my father at procedure at the hospital at 7:00 am on the way up Hwy 55 I notice I am getting malfunctioning notifications for my brakes, cruise,and crash alert I make it to the Hospital sitting in park lot car dies. When I try to recrank it dies right back out. Which I know on my 2024 Rav this should not be happening.I call Principle Toyota and speak to Katelyn at 7:00 a little frantic she calms me and offers to Give me Roadside service phone number. Which while she is keeping me calm we talk about her car and mine and in this time I figure out the issue was my mistake?♀️ did not put gas cap on right oops.. she tells me to bring it in and she would notify service I was on the way and we would get it figured out. Which she calls me back on my way to there to check on me and to let me know to speak to Lexi in Service. I get to the dealer and Lexi meets me gets my car in hooks it up and bim bam boom 5 min. later all fixed. Thank you Katelynn and Lexi for making my day a little easier.You both are very awesome Ladies.”

He turned it already with his impeccable, kind service. He was patient and gentle with my mom and I while retrieving our vehicle and picking us up. What an amazing human! Doesn’t matter if it’s my Jeep or F-150, my Son’s Mustang GT, or my Daughter’s Buick Encore, Mike has a service Tech with knowledge and experience on whatever model I bring in. If they say it needs replacing you can trust them and know they’re treating your ride the way they would treat their own and are never out to simply run up a bill. Having Maintenance issues are never fun or convenient but to not have to worry about being taken advantage of sure makes it hurt less. Thanks guys for the help thru the years!”
