“Came through on December 14th at 1:04-1:06 to get a deluxe wash. towards the end of the wash my vehicle came off the track and rolled backwards toward the vehicle behind me. Had to put my car into drive and drive out of the wash. It Damaged both my driver side rims. I am infuriated. It may have bent my front driver side rim. this is unacceptable and I WILL NOT be returning to this location or any other century express car wash!
EDIT: I was contacted and they are working with me to resolve the issue. Very quick response and professional handling of the issue!”

“Overall great customer service they're generally pretty busy in the morning time but they're able to get the customers in and out they have a small hot box for breakfast lunch and dinner the breakfast is pretty cool they make a great sausage egg and cheese biscuit the coffee is always fresh and with the type of traffic that they have in the morning as far as customer wise they generally like I said keep the customers happy it's right there by a local high school so there's a lot of kids coming in and out but again overall it's a great store and I would definitely recommend it to anyone that lives in the area”

“I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to for this place because it’s honestly one of my favorite stops in my whole week.
The car wash is always clean, always working right, and it gets my truck looking brand new every single time. The vacuums are strong, the bays are kept up, and everything just feels well-run and taken care of.
But the real reason I keep coming back is the guy who runs it — he’s genuinely one of the kindest people you’ll meet. Always respectful, always friendly, and it just feels like a safe, good place to be. Sometimes you just need somewhere simple to pull in, reset your head, and let the day roll off you… and this is that spot.
If you want a car wash that actually does the job AND has good people behind it, this is the one. I’ll be coming here for a long time.”
