Customer service is iffy, depending on which store you go to. If associates don't know you, they may not speak a word to you past hello. They may have the item you want in your size, but more often than will backdoor them for profit instead. That happened to me. I won a raffle for the Nike Air Jordan 3 "Fire Red" and the associates/ and or manager appeared annoying of working a drop day. This recent visit was great, however. The store associate was very helpful, and even assisted me in accessories and different shirt options. That Holly Springs location is really nice, maybe because they're outside of the city. 5 stars Plus for that location ? ?. All the Memphis location associates need a day off for self care.”
