“They built my 2010 dodge ram transmission on the bench, I installed it. The torque converter had a failure. They warrantied everything. Fast forward almost a year. I had some issues with some solenoids in the valve body. They brought it in and rebuilt the valve body, replaced the solenoids, and the fluid. Covered it 100% no charge. Truck is at 100% now.
I can’t say enough good about these guys. They really took care of me. All the failures weren’t related to their workmanship and they still came out of pocket to make my truck right. Absolutely outstanding work. If I could give 10 stars I would.

“Everyone I spoke to or interacted with at Winchester Tire obviously understands what customer service is all about. My car I needed to be aligned. I dropped it off at 7:30am and it was ready in less than two hours. This was in stark contrast to my experience with the business I first took my car to for the alignment. I chose that shop because they are part of a well known chain and more convenient to me. The difference in service between that first business and Winchester Tire is 180 degrees apart. I wasted my time and money at the first place and my car was still not aligned properly. It is WORTH driving a little further to get first class service from friendly, competent people at a great price and in a reasonable amount of time. I will give Winchester Tire future business and recommend them to anyone.”
