“After searching for a reliable new service center for my vehicle, I decided to visit this shop based on their positive reputation—and they did not disappoint. The team is exceptionally professional, showcasing a high level of technical skill and a genuine passion for their craft. What truly sets them apart is their attention to detail; they proactively identified and corrected several subpar repairs left behind by my previous mechanic. I am particularly grateful to have worked with Allen, whose honesty and integrity made the entire experience seamless. It is a relief to have finally found a shop I can trust.”

“Sunday afternoon I had a small but concerning issue with my Saab, knowing how constricted my time at home was I did all I could with the power of internet at my reach and nothing came about, before I could give in I decided to check my cars historial of services and the name John Metoyer kept on coming up. John (whom is human to most but a Saab Savant to others but outright a blessing to anyone who is lucky to run into) works at Smisco which a walk from where I live. I had some time today to shoot on over to their building and was met with the greatest hospitality and service, Mr.Scobey was kind enough to get me in touch with John and soon before the day was over, my car was back up and running..I had to come back out and show them my outright gratitude. Everyone there was an absolute Gem. For now on my Wife and I will take our VW and Saabs to them.”

“This is the real deal for auto care. The team always gets the job done really well, prices are great, and timeliness is good - sometimes it takes a little longer because they're so good, they're super booked. I love having somewhere I trust to take care of my car.”

“I cannot recommend this tire center more! I have passed it a hundred times and never noticed it, but it was in the perfect place at the perfect time. After hitting wreck debris on the interstate on my way to carpool, my PSI started dropping rapidly. Right before it hit zero, I happened upon Holt Tire/Oak Court Auto and pulled in, having no clue what I was walking into. Everyone inside was super friendly and helpful. They assessed the issue and were able to put a new tire on quickly and get me on my way. It was divine intervention! If you are in Memphis and need any tire or auto service, this is the place to go!”

“It was Pricey getting my 2019 Suburban's Transmission remanufactured but the Manager Mr. Wade made my process much easier. He was understanding and they did not charge me to diagnose my vehicle, which my dealership Imediately did when I took it to them first.. The price I was charged was considerably better than what the Dealership wanted to charge. The dealership even suggested I should trade my truck in to them and get a new vehicle from them.. overall my experience with Coleman Taylor was 5 star they were done in a week and gave me a 3 yr warranty. Transmission work is going to be expensive where ever you go, but where you go can nake the difference in how expensive and whether you get a good job done. Coleman Taylor new how to fix my truck and did! Mr Wade is a stand up Christian Guy that treated My wife and I with the utmost respect! I would recommend you have a conversation with Mr. Wade at Coleman Taylor on Stage Rd. In Memphis Tn. if you are having Transmission issues!”

They worked me in and got me out of there without ruining my entire day, and I was very pleased with the price! I will always do business with them!!!”

“I had a truck towed 3 different places before bringing here, Not one shop looked at it and would just write off “Needs differential replaced” ($5k -$6k) wasted over 3 weeks and when I would ask them what was broken they wouldn’t answer the question and then charge me $200 diagnostic fee + $180 tow fee. Came to Coleman Taylor talked to Dustin at the front desk and the manager Jamie. Told them what I had gone through and they said “As soon as you bring it in we will look at no cost”.. the next day it was just an axle and my total cost was less than $600! 3 days total! Including the part. There are plenty of places that have no mercy, Coleman Taylor has an outstanding reputation since I was a child and 45 years later it’s still the BEST place to be.. Thank You Jamie and everyone there y’all are the absolute BEST a 5 star is a understatement for this shop”

“I can’t say enough good about these guys I have a 2014 ford focus and if you know anything about them then you know they are known for their horrible transmissions. After the dealer tried to charge my 9k I called these guys and they are the best. He could have automatically charged me an outrageous price but he did not he tried to find me the most cost effective option and three days after he got it in the shop it was ready for pickup so if your on the fence about using them don’t be . If I ever need their services again they will be my first call! Thank you guys so much !!!!”

“Everyone I spoke to or interacted with at Winchester Tire obviously understands what customer service is all about. My car I needed to be aligned. I dropped it off at 7:30am and it was ready in less than two hours. This was in stark contrast to my experience with the business I first took my car to for the alignment. I chose that shop because they are part of a well known chain and more convenient to me. The difference in service between that first business and Winchester Tire is 180 degrees apart. I wasted my time and money at the first place and my car was still not aligned properly. It is WORTH driving a little further to get first class service from friendly, competent people at a great price and in a reasonable amount of time. I will give Winchester Tire future business and recommend them to anyone.”

“One of my company trailers broke down near Memphis on a Saturday afternoon. They did a roadside repair to get our trailer to the next job on time. Couldn't believe how fast they were and a good price! Could have gouged us for repairs but that's not what they are about. I see they have a well earned great reputation. Thanks for the rescue!”

The guy at the front desk that assisted me name is Travis and he was very detailed and kind. They replaced the transmission in my 1997 Toyota Avalon in a timely manner. “This place is amazing and so are the staff, especially the owner. When I pulled in everything was broken and they took the time to help me get back on the road. I didn't have much but we worked out a deal. Words can't explain his kindness, generosity, compassion, and most of all humanity. He even let me sleep in a van in the back of the shop while things were being put together which took longer than expected. What makes this shop truly remarkable is, tust, integrity, and grit. I was in chapter 13 bk, a 60 day escrow, divorce, and now stranded - he/they pulled together when no one else would. Now that I'm nearly halfway home back to California and on the open road whenever I pass a transmission shop I think of you guys - God bless you from the bottom of my heart. Forrest”
