I had previously spoke to someone on the phone, Saturday, Kyle, the sales manager, and so I asked for him when I arrived on Monday. He was busy so he put me with Miss Greenwood sales lady.She showed me every car that I was asking about. She's very patient with back-and-forth about different ones different prices, different features, and we test drove several. When it came down to doing the negotiations for the vehicle, Antonio was very helpful. Very knowledgeable. He was very patient and the team around him was great. We had to sleep on our decision, so CJ came in the following morning on his day off to close the deal. Great service. “I had to get a somewhat rare tire size for the area. I called a head to confirm they had the tire size. He explained they did buy it was a really busy time so I would probably have to wait but if I can a couple hours later it would be really fast. He was right. The only negative thing I could say was when I got there it did take a little bit to talk to someone but only because they were working. If I ever need tires again they will be the first place I check”

“My 20 year old daughter and her Army husband are stationed in El Paso, TX. In their travels home to Virginia for Christmas their car broke down on the side of I-20 on a Sunday afternoon in Jackson, MS, 11 hours away from our home in Virginia. After reviewing dealerships online, we decided to tow her car to Gray-Daniels Chevrolet on a Sunday evening. First thing Monday, I called and spoke with Victoria in the sales department about our predicament and she, along with Clarissa and Jason, were so extremely nice and helpful not only to me, but to my daughter and her husband as well. They worked hard to arrange our trade-in and helped us find a vehicle in our price range that my daughter liked and worked to quickly get them on their way home for the holidays the same day. They went out of their way to make them feel at home in their dealership and Jackson and even picked them up from their hotel in Clinton on Monday morning, saving them the expense of an Uber. I was also able to sign paperwork electronically which saved me an 11 hour trip to Mississippi. We are most thankful for the southern hospitality we got from Gray-Daniels and, even though I have never been to Jackson, I feel like they treated me and my family like one of their own! Jackson is lucky to have a caring dealership like Gray-Daniels! They have big fans in Virginia too!”

“We broke down on a Sunday morning in Jackson,MS. With all the mechanic shops closed we were having a tough time trying to figure out what to do. We found DJ and he came out to where we were at to check on our car. It wasn’t something that he would be able to fix there so we ended up towing it to his shop in Clinton. He began working on it immediately to figure out what was wrong with it and allowed me to watch. He found that the timing chain guide was totally broken in pieces and also the tensioner was not right. We were hoping that was all it was going to be but because of that it had bent the valves on the engine.
He gave me some different options of what we could do. We ended up going with putting a different engine in our Chevrolet Captiva. He had a contact that had a used engine with less miles that cost a lot less than any we could find online. We stayed the night at a hotel that night and ended up renting a car the next morning to head back to Texas.
DJ got it finished by the end of the next weekend and I drove back the following Monday to pick it up. He did a great job and it’s driving a lot better now than how it used to! He is a very knowledgeable mechanic.”

Man this one of the coolest shop crews I've met. I need an intermediate pipe connect to bring my exhaust together and the guys got me right. A month later I noticed a very small leak in one of the welds. Took the the truck back and let the owner know, he didn't hesitate to get me on the lift and patch it up. I'd recommend these guys to anyone and I'd do more business with them myself in the future.”
