“Outstanding Service!! After 3 years, 2 sets of tires(Firestone from factory, replaced with Michelins) still had a vibration NO ONE could find. Bought a set of Toyo Open Country here and the Technician diagnosed my issue of having 2 warped rims. Both rears at 29# road force balancing. I was called in the shop and shown the warped rims on the balance machine. After countless visits to 4 different tire shops, Big 10 Pearl was the only shop that could find my vibration issue. These guys are fantastic and their shop guy who mounts and balances tires knows his stuff. He is the BEST!! I highly recommend Big 10 in Pearl MS!!”

“On Saturday April 23rd, I brought my overheated car in just as the bays were closing. The register had already been closed for the day and only the manager was still present. “The most honest body shop I have ever been to. They didn't do the work, but told me, after looking at it and giving me the estimate of $1700, told me it was about an hour work. Then how to do it. They were right, I got the parts from Keystone parts in Jackson, for less than $300, and had it done in an hour and 10 minutes. Mind you, there was no structural damage. It was a dented fender and a new headlight only. But like they said, it was 6 bolts and plugging in a new lamp.”

“Setting up my appointments was very easy. The manager worked with my work schedule to come to an agreement on what time would be best to have tires mounted and balanced on both mine and my wife's vehicle. I scheduled my vehicle for 4:00 Wednesday and my wife's for 4:00 Thursday. Both days I received a call roughly one and a half hours later informing me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival they informed me of the work performed and any recommendations they had pertaining to the maintenance of my vehicles. To have a total of eight tires installed on two vehicles they cost was around $230.”
