I was in the middle of a move, and needed a utility trailer ASAP. I knew I wanted something that was built better than all the cheap junk coming from Georgia. Alpha was about 10 minutes up the road from me, so I went over and chatted with Jason and decided to take home this 2026 12ft Load Trail utility trailer. Jason was a great guy to work with and he made it super easy as a cash buyer. I was there probably about an hour total.
When I left, I had everything in hand to go get a tag immediately, and I put the trailer to work immediately! Here it is bringing home my new John Deere the day I bought it. I drove from Alpha to the tag office, and then straight on to Gulfport and back to Richland. The trailer didn't skip a beat and pulled great. Great price, great and easy customer service, and hassle free. Definitely check them out if you need a trailer!”

“I had an excellent experience working with Parker at Fowler GMC. From the beginning, he was professional, honest, responsive, and willing to work with me to make sure I felt comfortable with the service and pricing on my 2023 GMC Sierra 1500.
What stood out most was Parker’s commitment to keeping his word. When an additional alignment was needed, he took the time to explain why it was important for protecting my new tires, and he still honored the price we had discussed. That level of honesty and accountability is hard to find.

“Everything was fine but I did feel like the service was rushed. It made me very uneasy hoping they didnt mess anything up but so far no leaks. I also didn't get an updated sticker for my window to know when to come back. They were arguing a little bit so I think that's why everything was fully done correct. Honestly, I did tell myself I was going to go to a different location next time. Overall, their attitude towards me was good and again, so far no leaks. Also, the price was about $20 extra, i guess because of the oil situation, but it's life.”

“The most honest body shop I have ever been to. They didn't do the work, but told me, after looking at it and giving me the estimate of $1700, told me it was about an hour work. Then how to do it. They were right, I got the parts from Keystone parts in Jackson, for less than $300, and had it done in an hour and 10 minutes. Mind you, there was no structural damage. It was a dented fender and a new headlight only. But like they said, it was 6 bolts and plugging in a new lamp.”
