Right across the street from where we were to attend a banquet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Honors ARRP members which helped a bit with price of room.
Rooms: Clean and supplied well with towels, kleenex, shampoo, cream rinse evan a blow dryer that worked. Loved staying in the 1st floor made it so easy to check in and check out and close to front desk as there were two of us in the room, both women. 😀

The desk clerk was terrific! We were dragging when we arrived, but by the time we headed to our rooms, we were all laughing and having fun! Great experience all around!

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a seamless stay. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

The hotel looks nice from the outside I work there for two days the first day I trained with the owner Dave he was nice and he trained me so fast i didn’t get a chance to learn nothing his manager Kiya hired me so when i text her to ask about the schedule no response no answer What type of business they are running at BW is horrible no communication with the employees at all please don’t go looking for a job there you will be disappointed

Unsatisfactory, we only stayed one night fortunately! Bathroom flooded with water, from the shower sending jets from all sides, the bottom of the bath is leaking and the toilet is leaking a lot (continuous leak + jet of water comes out of the pipe with each flush)! In short, our clean linen to put back after the shower was soaked. I informed the lady at reception who was very indifferent to the problem. I wanted to dry our laundry, it's $2.50 per dryer, but the hotel doesn't even hold exchange for our $5! So we leave with wet laundry 😔. For breakfast, French vanilla coffee is hot water, orange juice is orange-flavored water, and yogurt is curd liquid. The rest of the lunch is good but at 8:30 a.m. there are no eggs, the staff replies that they will not cook any again since it closes at 9 a.m. The cleaning lady came knocking twice between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. to check if we were leaving, even though we had until 11 a.m. We left at 10am! Parking is safe.

Coming from France and a regular at Best Westerns, I was appalled by the welcome we received upon our arrival... we were clearly disturbing the hostess while she was checking her smartphone. She was not very talkative and provided information in dribs and drabs. It's a shame, as reception is the first impression of a company.
And this morning at breakfast, the same employee... the same nonchalance and no empathy. Management needs to make an effort. Too bad.

Has a gated parking. Rooms were nice but blankets and sheets had stains on them. My husband got stuck in the elevator. The orange juice in the breakfast area tasted water down. Our first room had a cricket in the room but we were moved. Customer Service was great. The hotel is being updated. Hopefully the work happens quick.
