My experience on July 23, 2026, with Enterprise was outstanding.
The gentlemen at the front desk were professional and courteous.
I give extra praise to the young gentleman name Artavion Young.(I hope I spelled his name correctly.)
Mr. Young definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
The first vehicle I got was running rough, and the engine light came on.
I returned that vehicle, and Mr. Young got me a brand new 2027 Chrysler Pacific.
I rented a vehicle today, August 3, 2026, and Mr. Young made sure the vehicle was clean and running great.
I would definitely come back to this location, due to the exemplary customer service.”
“No running board to assist to step up on the 15 passenger van. My 80yo mommie fell out of the van and jarred her knee. But there was more than enough room for our luggage and 8 people.”

“Always have such a seamless experience when I go to this location for a rental. I’ve rented at least five cars here in the past 6 months and am always happy when I see Ms. Melanie at the front desk. She is nothing less than exceptionally perfect with the customer service she provides every single time I go in there. “U-Rental Inc. had 12 and 15 passenger vans available AND they had the BEST prices compared to every other rental company I called. Our 12 passenger van was clean and reliable. There was enough sitting room for everyone and lots of room for luggage. And, I absolutely loved speaking to Ms. Bernie each time I called and she was even more delightful in-person!”

“I am giving it five stars that is assigned to one person only: Ms. Sara. I hope the company protects her, keeps her happy, incentivise her so she will not want to leave. Becasue before she joined this team, I shared the same opinion of the many 1 star reviews. I fly very often from DC on the evening flight and I always rent a car. Always with Avis, it was almost always that the counter was closed already and I had to take Uber and come back to get the car in the morning. Ms. Sara stays until the late flights arrive, and I appreciate her dedication so, so much. Mind you, DC flights is almost always delayed. And she is there. She turned my Avis at JAN experience from worst to personal care. Thank you so much Ma'am.”

“Everyone was really nice, I only have two complaints. One was the pickup desk not letting me know there was damage to the front fender at pick up (the person in the garage that takes care of the vehicles told me). And when I dropped off the gentleman was very nice, when I told him about the pickup desk not telling me about the damage he looked and it hadn’t been noted in the system. Second, this is not just on Hertz. This is a complaint on all car rental companies. It is sad you cannot book a one way directly with the companies because they do not want to give up any vehicles. I had to go through a third party to get a one way.”

We had reserved a van at another location but due to limited availability received a smaller one. We called ahead and they informed us of their vehicle options and were ready to greet us when arrived. They then processed the exchange and transferring to the new vehicle seamless”
