“Very nice and helpful guy at the checkout, which is an easy walk from the baggage area. Be forewarned that if you intend to use your own car insurance to cover the rental, you need to have the policy info on hand when you pick up the car. We were given a car we liked a lot which, for once, wasn't substantially bigger than we asked for or wanted.”
“Choice of truck limited, there were two to choose. Picked a monster f250 super duty because the other lighter ram has a bad blinker. Pleasant people and was in and out quick.”

“Came in on 4/12/2025 had a reservation through my insurance from a car wreck. Ms. Kim was absolutely wonderful! I reserved a full sized car but non were available by the time I got there. She made my upgraded easy& fast. Overall absolutely outstanding customer service. Ms. Kim was very knowledgeable & I appreciate her so much! Enterprise in Byram Ms is where I’ll be going for any future rentals. 100% pleased & satisfied with my rental experience ?”

“U-Rental Inc. had 12 and 15 passenger vans available AND they had the BEST prices compared to every other rental company I called. Our 12 passenger van was clean and reliable. There was enough sitting room for everyone and lots of room for luggage. And, I absolutely loved speaking to Ms. Bernie each time I called and she was even more delightful in-person!”

“I see alot of negative reviews but for me it was a good experience I’m in the military they upgraded my vehicle class and didn’t charge more. I got a brand new Tacoma TRD off-road when I was expecting a small sedan. it was clean low miles. Easy in and out good customer service super easy return and they had my emailed receipt to me within minutes.”

There was a long line waiting for cars that were not yet available. Kia was calm, professional, pleasant, kind, patient and interacted with each customer with respect and explained the situation.

“I have been trying to think of the agent that helped me name. I think she said it was Tamesis. She was so pleasant and understanding. I was in a dilemma heading to Orlando the very next day to take 5 senior boys on a 7 day cruise. She found a vehicle to fit us without inconveniencing us and i was so grateful for her patience and knowledge. She remembered the inventory and called to see if it was available. I brought souvenirs back from our trip but she wasn’t in. Hope to see her on our next rental visit. Thank you so much for providing such great care”
