About Dollar Car Rental - Jackson - Evers International Airport
Dollar Car Rental at Jackson-Evers International Airport offers affordable and flexible rental options, including deals and promotions. The Prestige Collection provides premium vehicles at accessible prices. Experiences with pickup vary; it can be slow with cars not ready, and customers sometimes must check in at the Hertz counter where service may be unfriendly. However, other interactions with staff are polite and helpful. Returns are typically quick and easy. A notable issue involves rental forms incorrectly marked for a full fuel tank when vehicles are only half full, requiring customers to refuel.

It was ok, I just dont like that I was required to purchase their insurance. At other companies we can use our own.

Reserved my car a month in advance to be sure I made it on time to my meeting. Waiting 2 1/2 hours for a car to be ready for me. Agent was pleasant but they really need to work on the wait time. My arrival was on time if not a little early.
Best to use a different rental service if renting from Jackson Mississippi airport

Car was not cleaned out and had a heavy smoke smell that stayed present the whole time while in my possession. The people did not take my concern seriously.
