CrossFit Fondren is a gym in Jackson, Mississippi unlike any other, focused on creating healthy lifestyles while building community. It is an amazing CrossFit gym with great and very patient coaches who provide excellent coaching. The coaches are extremely attentive and helpful, offering open communication and one-on-one help. Workouts are tailored to each individual’s needs and goals, scaled to each person's current fitness level. The workouts are tough, different every day, and intentionally created to push you to be better. The facility is nice and clean. The gym fosters an inclusive environment and a supportive atmosphere, creating meaningful relationships. It is a great place with good people who are very welcoming and encouraging. You will always be greeted with a smile from the coaches and fellow classmates. This creates a sense of family and a gym home for members. CrossFit Fondren is highly recommended in the Jackson area for anyone looking for a gym home, whether they are a complete beginner starting at zero or someone serious about functional fitness.
