Had a 9:00 a.m. online appt. Got there at 8:15. Done about 10:00. Service was for a Lifetime Alignment check. Minor adjustment but could not print out before and after report. Otherwise OK.

Service person on phone in shop , didn’t get up to greet meet , just simply said she only has one person and not taking anymore customers at this time while still on phone .
