“I recently took my Toyota Camry to AAMCO because I believed it had a transmission problem. Another shop had already told me the transmission needed to be completely replaced, so I was expecting a very expensive repair.
I dropped my car off at 1:00 p.m., and by lunchtime the next day I received a call from AAMCO. Instead of telling me I needed a new transmission, they explained that the problem was actually electrical and not the transmission itself.
To be sure, I had an automotive electrician inspect the car, and AAMCO was exactly right. An electrical issue was causing the transmission symptoms.
I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and excellent communication throughout the process. They could have easily sold me a transmission I didn’t need, but instead they told me the truth and helped me avoid an unnecessary expense.
It’s refreshing to find a business that puts its customers first. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, respectful, and genuinely focused on doing the right thing. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles back to AAMCO and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, trustworthy service.”

“I had a wonderful experience with the service center at Paul Moak Honda. The staff was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. My car needed a backordered part that kept it in the shop for several weeks, but they provided me with a brand new Honda Pilot as a loaner - which made the wait a complete non-issue. Everything was covered under warranty, and when I came to pick up my car the process was seamless: walk in, sign, exchange keys, and done. In a world where good customer service can be hard to come by, this was a refreshing experience. Highly recommend!”

I don’t take for granted great customer service anymore but this team was great to work with from when we walked in the door until we drove off the lot! Chip was amazing to work with! He helped answer every single question and stayed almost an hour late two nights out of three to make sure we had all our questions answered! “I had to get a somewhat rare tire size for the area. I called a head to confirm they had the tire size. He explained they did buy it was a really busy time so I would probably have to wait but if I can a couple hours later it would be really fast. He was right. The only negative thing I could say was when I got there it did take a little bit to talk to someone but only because they were working. If I ever need tires again they will be the first place I check”

Man this one of the coolest shop crews I've met. I need an intermediate pipe connect to bring my exhaust together and the guys got me right. A month later I noticed a very small leak in one of the welds. Took the the truck back and let the owner know, he didn't hesitate to get me on the lift and patch it up. I'd recommend these guys to anyone and I'd do more business with them myself in the future.”

“We broke down on a Sunday morning in Jackson,MS. With all the mechanic shops closed we were having a tough time trying to figure out what to do. We found DJ and he came out to where we were at to check on our car. It wasn’t something that he would be able to fix there so we ended up towing it to his shop in Clinton. He began working on it immediately to figure out what was wrong with it and allowed me to watch. He found that the timing chain guide was totally broken in pieces and also the tensioner was not right. We were hoping that was all it was going to be but because of that it had bent the valves on the engine.
He gave me some different options of what we could do. We ended up going with putting a different engine in our Chevrolet Captiva. He had a contact that had a used engine with less miles that cost a lot less than any we could find online. We stayed the night at a hotel that night and ended up renting a car the next morning to head back to Texas.
DJ got it finished by the end of the next weekend and I drove back the following Monday to pick it up. He did a great job and it’s driving a lot better now than how it used to! He is a very knowledgeable mechanic.”

They had me in and out super fast and saved me $200 on a single tire by offering me a used 22" Bridgestone that was like new! He had the same tire new for $200 more which was still $50 less than anywhere else I called. He didn't have to tell me about the used tire. But he did. He definitely earned my business going forward. If you are in need of tires....Drive a little save a lot. Go see these guys! Highly recommend.”
