What helped me most was the customer service that I received from Miss Cain. Her sunny disposition let me know that I was in a great U-Haul location to get the help that I needed. I observed how professional she was in handling a distressed customer. She kept calm and never missed a beat. I look forward to working with her in the future as she proved that she cares for her customer needs. This may be a small location, but they operate like a large one! Great job!”

“Everything went great with the purchase online. The delivery went great, i was at home at the time the driver pulled in to fill my tanks, he did not pull back into the yard where it was very wet and make deep tracks for me to worry with. He was very polite and professional. He filled one tank that was empty and top off the other one. We talked while the tanks were filling, and he made me feel good about AmeriGas. Thanks”

“I have been waiting on a "New Gas" install for 2 months for an all electric house in Brandon. This is 4th company that I have called because the other companies never show up or call you back. And guess what...Ferrellgas scheduled me for an install with only a 2 business day wait. I'm not sure why I didn't call them first since I actually used them before at a house in Florence and they had came out the next day.”

“There was a problem with the final bill but that was partially my fault but everyone was great at getting it resolved. The biggest problem wasn’t with the employees or the store. It was because the person that had the van before me did not return it on time and it made me late. Van was wonderful and made the trip so much easier. Everyone that works there is wonderful.”

“Best Uhaul experience I have had to date! The original Uhaul I was using (from Florida) blew a tire and when the guy fixed it he told me the wheel bearing was about to go out and I needed to get an entirely new Uhaul trailer. Tried calling the Uhaul customer service line and roadside assistance line MULTIPLE times and nothing would go through. Found a random Uhaul place in Jackson but they did not have any trailers so they sent me to this place to get one. Jay was so incredibly helpful and friendly!! He went above and beyond in his customer service and genuine care. He made what started out to be a terrible day SO MUCH BETTER! I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. 10/10 would recommend!”
