Monroe St has the best Facility Manager Everrrr! She’s polite & goes on & beyond to meet whatever needs that you have. I feel like she’s a member of my family. She Manages several of theses properties. Best choice ever hiring her.

I talked to Kristen the other day about getting a storage until, she was very helpful with all of my questions and went out of her way to make sure I had the information I needed. I highly recommend this location.

Such a great experience! Caitlyn was fantastic and explained move in costs and monthly payments. I was unsure of the size we needed and she took her time to show my husband and I three different units until I could decide which one I needed. I even got a free lock with my move in! Thank you!
