“When I first moved in there was already some else's items in my unit. My friend and I moved all of their stuff to another unit and I notified a representative. They kindly were able to make up for the inconvenience on my first bill. Other than that once I was able able to move out of storage, all of my items were still in good condition and all of my items were still there. I do recommend this facility, just be sure to report any incidents and it will be taking care of swiftly. Mr. Aron was able to process my moving out process swiftly and explained the process very well. He also made sure to answer any questions I had effectively, and with a positive attitude.”

“Excellent transaction from start finish. The reason for 4 stars is because it is a poorly designed facility which makes the gate extremely difficult to enter and exit with a trailer. Might even make me consider not using this facility because of this as it is almost impossible to maneuver without damaging your vehicle or trailer. A few gate issues with the code but customer service was reasonable with response.”
“The staff were really nice and professional. The truck had some issues that I think needs to be addressed: 1. The steering wheel too much play in it. Hard to drive on the highway. 2. It seems to have transmission problems because I noticed that it went above 3rpm before changing gears that came with a large jerk. 3. I could smell fuel inside the cab so strong I had to roll the windows down. 4. The fact that there were roaches in the truck was unsatisfactory. They were so bad in the first truck that was assigned to me that the nice young man switched trucks and the new truck had only a couple I could see so we went on with it. 5. And why is there never any dollies?!
But we did get moved safely and returned the truck on time. I'm still a fan of this location no matter what.”
“It is a diamond in the rough honestly at first glance it looks a lot more rough but the new property manager Miss Sophia and her property maintenance team have been working hard to bring the diamond out and in a short few months I've seen a large improvement also she's has always been very helpful and a pleasant person the business”
