“I've been a customer for several years now. Stopped by to get an additional unit today. As always, Jeanie was very friendly and helpful. The units are always clean and safe. Thanks.”
“This has to be the best experience I’ve ever had with a storage company. The rental process has to be the best in the industry. I will most definitely be a long time customer.”
“Eddie was very nice and helpful. He gave me some tips and tricks to save money that other locations have never provided before. He did everything in his power to make the rental process as stress free as possible knowing the move was stressful enough. This has been my 4th big move to a different state and this has been my best experience so far.”

“StowAway Pearl was amazing to work with and Ms. Terri was extremely helpful. I really appreciated he taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood everything.”
“I had the absolute best experience with PODS. From start to finish they were amazing. Mr Jim delivered the pod to me and picked it up. He was such a kind person. I can’t thank him enough for the kind words he spoke to me.”
“Megan Was pretty awesome. I was unsure weather or not to choose this storage but she made my choice very easy. She answered all my questions . It’s very clean & safe . I was happy knowing she is actually at the site 3 days a week and they have cameras. Definitely would recommend them .”
“5/30/25
Once again was having some issues getting something stored and as usual the Mgr. Bobbie went above and beyond to help me. Like In past to make a hardship easy on me. I appreciate them caring and being there in my time of need. Her kindness is so greatly appreciated. And they truly understand and try to help. God Bless and Thanks again Ms. Bobbie.
Megan has been very sweet when my account got messed up in an accounting change over. Thank you for correcting. Blessings.”
“Received great service from the employees at the Pearl facility while renting a truck it was mentioned I could lock in a great price for a year, which makes a big difference in today's economy. So Thanks for the mention Jay!”
“I accidentally booked my rental at a different location, when I arrived at the U-Haul East Pearl location the staff members were friendly and willing to help move my reservation to their location. In and out within 30 minutes (only reason it took that long is because it was my mistake).”
“It was alright. Kind of expensive, but I was able to reserve the truck the night before and show up and check in with my phone and drop off keys at the end of the day.
The truck had nice cold a/c. They seem to have a good selection of trucks. I would return if I was needing a moving truck.”
