I found The Compound to be a great overall experience. I’m into Holistic Health and Wellness and Tyrone incorporates lifestyle changes such as eating healthy, daily movement, intermittent fasting, and also how to keep a healthy immune system by adding essential vitamins, minerals, and herbs. My whole family enjoys training at The Compound and we will continue to build and grow there .
