The process was simple. Picked up the car key inside, put the deposit on my credit card and signed the paperwork. I was in and out. The car ran well and handled the highway well. Based on this experience I would use them again.

This was a horrible experience at the Jackson Evers Intl airport!! Had to wait way over 2 hours to pick car. No explanations & several of us were waiting. Car was half cleaned & of course not what I requested . Poor customer service!!
