“I had to get a somewhat rare tire size for the area. I called a head to confirm they had the tire size. He explained they did buy it was a really busy time so I would probably have to wait but if I can a couple hours later it would be really fast. He was right. The only negative thing I could say was when I got there it did take a little bit to talk to someone but only because they were working. If I ever need tires again they will be the first place I check”

“DRIVE A LITTLE SAVE ALOT! Remember that old JL Jones commercial? Its perfect for this man's tire shop. They had me in and out super fast and saved me $200 on a single tire by offering me a used 22" Bridgestone that was like new! He had the same tire new for $200 more which was still $50 less than anywhere else I called. He didn't have to tell me about the used tire. But he did. He definitely earned my business going forward. If you are in need of tires....Drive a little save a lot. Go see these guys! Highly recommend.”

“Wish I had known they opened at 7:30. The opening hour is incorrect on Google maps. My boss told me to go there at 7:15 and I had to wait at least 15 minutes. Other than that, the service was great and I got my tire quickly when it opened.”
“The manager Ty at the NTB store on PGBT & Coit was extremely helpful to me by provding information on two tires I purchased. I experienced an issue while traveling for the holidays out of state and did not have the paperwork for the tires. He was courteous and knowledgeable about the product and warranty on my account. “On our way to a work conference in Kentucky with a bus load full of people we had a blowout in the middle of nowhere Mississippi. 50 miles to the nearest anything. We called STM and had a great experience. Bernard was awesome - very courteous, professional, and most important of all FAST! He changed 2 tires on this bus in less than 20 minutes and had us on our way. Please pass along our appreciation to him! Y’all are lucky to have someone working for you like him!!”

He waited for me after closing time, he gave me a good deal on 2 tires, and when he couldn't find the used size tires I needed, he took two tires off of his personal vehicle just so I could get home from work and wouldn't have to miss work the following day scrambling for tires. He is a hard working, good hearted man and if you happen to be desperate for tires like I was after hours, Sam is definitely your guy to call! Thank you so much US Tires!! ??”
“After a massive tree fell on my ATV, I took it to Big Boyz Toyz expecting the cost to far exceed the value of the machine. They were able to make it almost new and the final cost was reasonable and within what they quoted me. Very satisfied!”

“My car turned off in the middle of a day trip and I had 2 hours before I needed to leave Jackson. The manager, Brad, was honest that there was a tight window and that there was a good chance that they would not be able to complete the job in time. I had no other option so I took it to the Car Care Clinic and started to make plans to rent a car from Enterprise so I would be out of town in time. The manager took a look at the engine, saw the alternator that needed to be replaced, and did his best to help me. Everyone moved so fast that I was able to leave Jackson just in time. They saved me two trips and a night in a hotel and a rental! Every penny was worth it. Great secretary up front, friendly, fast service. What more could you ask for? THANKS!!!”
