Just left from cashing my check the lady at the window was so rude I needed to proof of identification and made mistake of not sending it she was so mean any other trust mark I would be happy to but this one

I don’t have an account but my 88 year old cousin does. She really puts her trust in the president Ms young. Ms young is so helpful and takes so time and patience with my elderly cousin. Watching her, she seems to be same way wilt many of her customers. Thank you Ms Young
