Bills are dropped off at the Robinson road location and never leaves Jackson. Someone is opening them and changing the amount of the checks and name and taking them to be cashed/deposited at trustmark bank. I hope this isn’t an inside job. Has happened multiple times.

I haven’t received my mail in over a week. I’m waiting on important mail. It has been scanned in but I haven’t received any of it. SMH
