“*6:30am Monday appointment
*Arrived 2 days early (Saturday Sysco was closed) and parked on the street at the gate. Dropped my trailer there proceeded to galavant around the city with no issues.
*Sunday night I was able to check in for Monday morning appointment.
*Received a call at 5:48a to go to a dock door
I was the second person they called so it was easy for me to back in but they did send like 8 trucks at the same time.
*Break seal, open doors, unhook from trailer and pull forward. Capstone worker came to get paperwork from me before I could finished unhooking
*6:26am I started getting unloaded
**7:18am Just watched the person beside me give his paperwork to a capstone worker, he has been at the dock for almost an hour waiting.
*7:49am I received the text that I was done unloading and to pay capstone $213 for 11 pallets.
*7:56am I received my paperwork back and a green gate pass to fill out and was free to go
I guess I got lucky because I experience was good. I can see how trucks can get piled up and things get really slow if you aren't first in line.
I took one star away because of how long it took for the driver beside me to get his paper work taken... I can tell his stay is gonna be much longer. And you aren't allowed to use the restroom which is awful if you are going to tap people for hours on end.”

“It's a Top Tier fuel that I put in my vehicles and usually not a line when I go. The attendants keep their area clean and I've seen them assist the elderly by pumping the fuel for them. Lastly the prices are usually a little lower than the other stations that sell Top Tier fuel.”

“What did I observe yesterday at Costco? Happy employees. They were doing their jobs efficiently, with smiles, and small talk with each other. I could tell that they were happy to be there. And when my chicken bake took 11 minutes to be served to me, the staff member immediately gave me a free drink cup; it only cost them 79 cents, but it changed my attitude of disappointment.

What does all this tell me? The management is doing a great job! Thank you!!!”

“The store is very well organized and the associates are friendly. Also, they will open extra checkout counters if the lines start getting too long.
04/2024: It's still my favorite Sam's Club. The pharmacy staff deserves special recognition as they are very friendly and competent.”

“I have been calling around all morning trying to find a tire for one of our vehicles. I had to call this Sam's Club a couple of times before I could get anyone to answer the phone, I'm sure due to it being Black Friday. After speaking to a young lady on the phone about the tire I needed I hung up the phone while speaking to my husband. A second later my phone rang. It will Millie calling me back because she thought I was speaking to her and our conversation got disconnected. I truly appreciated that level of service. No its not mounting my tires or anything, but it showed initiative, quality in her work, and excellent service. Thank you young lady. Keep up the good work!”

“We recently joined the Costco membership. I used their catering services which only only be signed up for in-store. I received so many compliments on the croissant sandwich platters! I was able to pick them up in a timely manner. I would have joined for the catering service alone although I am further away from the location. My only complaint would be they only accept Visa.”

“The staff here are nice and explained things to me in detail. It was a simple battery change that didn't take long, but at the same time, I wish there was somewhere to sit down. If there was a simple seating area, this location would be immaculate.”
