“I was at the bank for my weekly visit. It's my turn after waiting for 7 people in front of me. I approached the teller to have three business checks cashed for a total of $658. The middle teller Daniel tells me his last customer" wiped me out of fives and Ones". Daniel asked me if I would go to the back ogmf the line and let another teller help me. Daniel also puroorts by the time he pulled fives and ones he could help three or four other customers. I did not argue and stepped back to the end of the line. Now I have to wait and have another 5 customers ahead of me. Really, been banking with Regions for 30 years. Maybe time to bank where banks care about "every" customer.
Update July 16, 2024:
I want to be transparent so I want to post my most recent visit at this bank. I had the same teller today by the name of Daniel. Today he was very courteous and helped me with all transactions. Daniel also offered me a bank today due to the large amount of cash I had to carry out of the bank. Top notch service looking out for the customers well bring by offering a bank bag so the cash would not be in few of the public while exiting the bank. Very pleasurable experience today. Changing my review to four stars due to the bank tellers respect and courtsey today.”
