Usually my experience at c v s is pleasant but lately the employees seem bothered of you ask for assistance. I coupon there and needed help to make sure i was buying the right items to get my extracare bucks and the employee was very short with me. Other than that, the store itself had great discounts and sales.

Not sure what theemployee name was, but he super helpful. It was 6/26/26 around 9pm.

The phone system is not usable. Cannot request a refill by prescription number any more. No option to speak to a pharmacy person. So you've made your jobs easier at the expense of the customers. Thank you (sarcasm meant)
