The phone system is not usable. Cannot request a refill by prescription number any more. No option to speak to a pharmacy person. So you've made your jobs easier at the expense of the customers. Thank you (sarcasm meant)

Routine visit but I was helped at checkout by Cora. She is one of those who’s happy to be at work and it shows. She was way more helpful and nice than she had to be.

CVS is great but the pharmacy department has been close the last two times I went to fill prescriptions. They are great with texting me when prescriptions are ready but when I get to CVS the pharmacy department during regular business hours has been closed.
