I find myself penning a missive most grievous. 'Tis about the local apothecary, known amongst the townsfolk as "CVS." A place where one seeks potions and salves, yet finds oneself mired in a bog of despair akin to a harvest blighted by the weevil.
The Service:
As slow as a plow pulled by a sickly ox, the service doth test the patience of saints. I stood in line, watching the sun traverse the sky like a farmer awaits the rain in drought. The apothecary's clerks move with the urgency of a field hand on Sabbath. Verily, I say, one could sow a field of barley and reap it ere they call thy name.
The Potions:
The remedies they proffer are as mixed as a midsummer's planting. Some work as well as a hearty rain, whilst others seem no more effective than a scarecrow in a tempest. And the cost! As dear as a fattened hog at market, enough to make a frugal farmer clutch his purse like a mother hen her chicks.
The Atmosphere:
The air within is as stale as last year's grain, and the light as dim as a candle's last flicker. One steps over the threshold and is transported to a barn long overdue for mucking out. The charm of the place is as absent as crows from a field of scarecrows.
In sum, this apothecary, this "CVS," is a place of necessity, not pleasure. Like a fallow field, it yields little joy. 'Tis a place I venture only when the humours are imbalanced, and the leeches have failed me. Two stars I bestow, for though it lacks in many a regard, it stands steadfast, like an old oak in a weary land.

The store itself isn't the issue. The cashier's have always been polite and helpful. The problem is with the pharmacy and all of its staff. They always have an attitude. They hold prescriptions and tell you it's on order then when it's supposed to be available it isn't. Wait on hold for 15 minutes just to find out they never even put it in the system until you called looking for your meds. It's always a runaround with them. And they don't care at all if it's a medication that you have to take every single day. I wouldn't recommend anyone relying on this place for meds that you really need. And they all need to learn about how to talk to customers. Would give zero stars if I could.

The best customer service in Laurel of any Pharmacy/Retail Store. I’m always greeted when I come in. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

This cvs had worst customer service I have seen in my life . The employees have a rude and nasty attitude. They are also talking and not doing their job or customer service as employees are supposed to be doing. They also did not greet their customers as they enter the store. They also were following me like I was going to steal I have never stolen something in my life and I would never steal anything. If I could give them a negative star I would . This is the worst cvs I’ve seen in my life.

This store need to be closed because their “supposedly” cashiers are RUDE, NASTY, and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. The line was excessively long while employees are laughing and joking, which makes the costumers feel UNWELCOME. We are not from here and we’ve never been anywhere with such RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL behavior.

The worst customer service experience! Long call waiting just for them to pick up and hang up in your face. You go inside the pharmacist tells you they will give you a call back and you never even receive that.

The bald headed associate is rude but the guy that works in there is super nice. Not sure about the pharmacy part I've never had to use them. The 1 star is for the store part.

I don’t normally write reviews but this pharmacy is the WORSE!! You get different answers from different people you talk to. Also when you call you sit on hold for a very long time.

This is the worst pharmacy. I started calling the pharmacy at 9:30 A.M., I'm still waiting on someone to answer my calls. They closed early so they never bothered to even turn on their phones or try to answer calls. Customer service really sucks. The sad part is this is normal behavior. I dislike this pharmacy. ?
