“I was a first time customer trying to order dog food trying to get the sale price of 10 percent off online purchase. Well I thought I did everything right on ordering. So I head into town to pick up my order . I get to Tractor Supply not knowing how the system works, I grabbed a bag of dog food head for the check out. At the checkout I said I was here to pick up my order. The cashier sent me back to the other register in the middle of the store. Long story short the back Cashier helped by checking my phone for the order or receipt which was nowhere to be found. It wasn't in his computer either. So in spite of my mistake the store gave me 10 percent off my purchase. We went up to the front checkout and the back Employee told the cashier to take 10 percent off. He knew I was having a difficult time with the online purchase and he gave me another 5 percent off. That's 15 percent. Both Employees were helpful and courteous and went above and beyond to make this customer happy. I recommend the Laurel Tractor Supply Company to anyone. The Service is Excellent.
