I was new to the coast and Kristen walked me through every step of how to set up my account. She explained everything thoroughly and answered every question I had. She was quick and useful! 10/10 customer service. Definitely will continue to use Hancock Whitney.

The staff inside the building are amazing, the online services are good, the over-the-phone service (call center/machine) is horrendous.

I have been a customer of Hancock Bank for over 30 years. Very happy with the services I have been provided. I have no complaints with the local office in LB. Folks there have always been polite and efficient. A couple of mistakes were made setting up new accounts which resulted in activity charges I did not expect, but they corrected the error quickly and reversed the charges.

This Bank is mooky. Think back to the incompetent slot manager at the Algiers Casino - who drove Lefty Rosenthal up the wall in the movie. - Casino. The point of a brick and mortar bank is personalized service. The problem with that is - whenever you promote hillbillies(male and or female) to even entry leval management positions - they forget they are mere mortals.
