“A dog ran out on me and messed up my framing underneath the front of my truck and they got my parts back super fast and they explained to me the most inexpensive way to go about fixing it if I wanted to improvise. They have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OF ANYWHERE I’VE EVER VISITED IN THE LUCEDALE AREA and Myranda is an ANGEL . She communicates with updates to assure you that getting your vehicle maintenance and back on the road is a priority to them. If I could give them a BEST IN THE BUSINESS AWARD, BELIEVE ME I WOULD!!! “Amazing service. Family was headed home from vacation when our van broke down 850 miles from home (bad alternator). We managed to coast into this autozone. The store had a replacement, and was extremely helpful. They allowed my family to shelter in the store on a scorching hot day. They charged up our battery and put us enroute to a shop that did great work. The manager working that day was exceptionally personable and very helpful.”
