“I had my 2014 mini Cooper towed there due to my gearbox being locked up and I couldn't shift it to reverse neutral or drive.
So I called AAA for a towing to tuffy, so my tow man arrived and I tried to shift the stick and it did after sitting in the grocery store parking lot for over 3 hours stuck there and my tow man experienced the same thing I did of no problem with shifting.
I still think it's worth checking on the situation and we got it to Tuffy and left it overnight and the next day I got a call from a young man letting me know that my car is ready to go.
I got a ride there and I asked the fellow, how much do I owe you?
He said nothing because he found nothing wrong with it, and I was so relieved hear that.
This young man didn't have to be honest with me like so many other money hungry for money repair shops are.
So I will be doing business with them on Moffett Rd in Semmes, Alabama.”
“My buddy referred me to this shop. His truck has great tint, and it's over 5 years old now but still looks like he got the windows done yesterday. I just got my tint done here too. The owner is easy to work with and honest, and the guys in the shop were nice. I definitely recommend them and will be back for future cars.”

“I was picking up a 2.7 Tiburon engine from them and got lost trying to find them. The guy on the phone took his time to find exactly where I was and pointed me in the right direction. I got there, engine was still the same price and very cheap in comparison to anyone else around, they even left a majority of the harness still attached so I could do some wiring repairs. The only thing i was disappointed about was that my buddy couldn't pay over the phone unless he was going to present. But I'm not even mad about that, Policies are Policies. ALL THESE PEOPLE COMPLAING ABOUT POOR SERVICE AND HARNESS'S BEING CUT MUST NOT UNDERSTAND HOW A SALVAGE YARD IS RUN OR JUST WHINING TO WHINE. THEY ARE NOT AN AUTO PARTS STORE. Everything I received was just as expected, the customer service was what it should be. I just hope this engine runs as good as their quality of customer service. I told her the issue due to them already being installed and she went above and beyond to help get me the correct size I needed and got me back into rotation to get the correct tires on my truck. “Called in to get thermostat for my truck, ordered it online and got a coolant temp sensor also. This is the only place locally carrying a large assortment of AC Delco replacement parts. Staff was extremely helpful, even called me back instead of making me hold while he was locating the part. Picked up 15 minutes later.”
