“Overall we had a good experience. We did everything over the phone given I live 7 hours away. Paperwork was mostly ready when we got there but did still take a little over 2.5 hours to do everything. Did notice a small (less than a quarter size) crack in the windshield about an hour after we left while driving. Notified the salesperson but never heard back about it. Other than that decent experience and pleased with car.”
