These reviews highlight a generally positive experience at CVS, with some areas for improvement. Customers appreciate the quick and easy process for passport photos, noting it was a breeze compared to other stores. The staff is often described as friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist, such as providing a better solution for a hearing aid purchase. Many customers find the pharmacy helpful, especially during emergencies, with staff being friendly and accommodating. However, there are some frustrations. One customer faced difficulty scheduling a COVID vaccine booster online due to technical errors and was disappointed by the lack of walk-in availability, which led them to visit Walgreens instead, where they received friendly service and successfully got vaccinated. Additionally, there is confusion about delivery services, as the website and Google listing claim delivery is available, but staff on the phone denied it, leaving some customers uncertain about delivery options. Overall, CVS is seen as a store with helpful and friendly staff, capable of providing essential services quickly and efficiently, but some operational issues like scheduling and delivery information need improvement.
Wonderful experience with the passport photo today. Had been to two Walgreens before coming here today. And it was such a breeze.

The pharmacy staff act like it was a problem I had arrived a few minutes early for appointment to take Covid booster.
The shelves have been stocked the few times I've visited. Clean. Decent customer service
