Even though there was a line the employees were efficient and quickly served all. Thank you. Friendly kind employees all. “I never seem to have a good experience with Kroger pickup. Much better at Highland Colony than Hwy 51, however today was probably my first great experience. Caitlyn delivered our groceries and she was very informative, professional and extremely friendly. You need more like her and she is a rare breed in this economy.”

“Pharmacists are super nice and helpful . Lady who gave me my vaccine was really sweet and willing to answer any questions I had . Covid testing is fast and easy and they get results to you fast. Don't feel judged at all when getting tested. However don't like that the testing is through the drive thru and you put your swab back into the container that they also put peoples prescriptions in. I'm sure they spray and sanitize but still doesn't sound that great to do.Cashiers are super nice and friendly . Place is well stocked .Only issues are that the drive thru line is always really long but that's probably cause of Covid . Other issue is that they don't have Duracell size 13 hearing aid batteries. They have other brands but Duracell works best with my hearings . (Yes I'm a young adult who wears hearing aids and proud of it) I do love how workers make sure you put your number in for rewards and let you know if you have points you can use. Workers are also great at letting you know about deals or ways to get points. Workers also are great at recommending things for customers . Pharmacists will give you your prescription but also recommend other things to get if you're feeling sick. Pharmacists definitely seem to care deeply about their customers.”

“I got tired of spending 45 minutes waiting in line at Walgreens. I made the switch to Kroger and I never wait more than 5 minutes in the drive through. Same price as Walgreens… just better customer service with more knowledgeable pharmacists. I’ll never go back to Walgreens pharmacy again.”

“This is a nice big spacious Sams. Plenty of parking and wide open isles. Nothing like the ones back home. This day on a Sunday. We experienced friendly greeters and checkout staff. It was crowded but this is such a nice Sams, That you just didn't notice. Prices do run about the same, but as always there is marked down price points in certain sections. Seafood/fish looks fresh. Checkouts was uncommonly quick. And a fast trip to the Café on the way out the door for the previously known "Hot Dog Combo" faded away here but, they still serves it...!!!”
“Excellent grocery store. My wife and I love Kroger. Excellent quality of food, affordable prices, and friendly staff if you need anything. I would also venture to say that Kroger brand food items are usually (not always) just as good as name brand. The Kroger granola bars have been the only mishap I've encountered. They also have plenty of coupons available for download on the phone app.”
“Called last minute (35 mins before closing) for a refill, I was informed that it'll be ready tomorrow morning. Since my medicine was out and needed the refill ASAP, they were able to refill them before closing after I informed them that I was totally out of medicine. Wish they open later than 7pm since I had to rush to get there right after I get off at 6:30.”
“Their "lifetime" deal on tire rotation is worth it. Whatever you have done here, don't count on them to get your tire pressure right, check it yourself when they're done. Prices on tires and batteries are as good as anyone in town.”
“Order ready when I came. Suggested I wait a few weeks until the new Covid Vaccine comes out to receive that one. They have these discount cards on their site where you can check to see if a medication is cheaper then what you get from your insurance. I checked and I’ve been paying $58 for a generic that is very pricey but the card showed $35. I called and they checked for me and sure enough, it was so much cheaper. I had them transfer it from Walmart and they had it ready the next day. Really saved me a lot of money.”
