“When i was in the store it wasn't crowded and the store was organized and clean. These things kept me in the store longer and i was able to find a few extra things. My shopping experience here was great.”
“Every week I get a helium balloon for my little baby, she can play on it for hours while I get work done. My Monday's are BUSY, so it's important that I get one before the night ends ? I lost track of time and saw that Dollar Tree was still open at 8pm, so I hauled butt! I walked in and one of the employees could tell that I thought they were closing soon, she greeted me with the biggest smile, and said "Baby! Don't worry, we will take care of you!"
I was looking for a clip to clip the balloon on, all they had were the heavy weights. When I tell you both employees didn't give up looking for a clip, one of the employees came back with 3 different options Y'all I can tell you this is the BEST costumer service I've ever had at a Dollar Tree, heck better than most places nowadays. When I got up to the register, that name tag read 'Lucky'. Well, well!! Ain't I lucky to meet the famous Ms. Lucky herself! I told her she is Flowood famous and we appreciate her amazing customer service, she's been praised a ton on this page.
The young gentleman tonight did an amazing job too yall! He was the one that looked far and wide for my clips. We are lucky to have Ms. Lucky and Domonick here in Flowood!!”

“I have been shopping in this store forever and I have never seen it so straight, clean and organized. It is very clear that the employees keep up with it daily. I complemented Lisa the extremely friendly lady checking me out and she introduced me to her manager who was equally as nice. “It’s funny. A lot of people mention “oh it’s the dollar general” of things. Here in Ridgeland, I want to say how awesome this store is. I’d rather go here than the local wal mart or the Kroger.The Gentral, as many people may call it. Here at this store, it’s amazing. I’m so happy that the produce stand is open now.I heard a comparison. Of something being “well that’s the dollar general of the group”I disagree. Wal mart and Kroger here in ridgeland can stand back and take a lesson from dollar general. CVS. And Walgreens.I’m only missing my produce from here. Michael. Mr Michael. He’s the best. Everyone at that location has been pretty constant.Mr Michael has danced solos around anyone. And has taken this store to the next level. “I love Dollar Tree and highly recommend it! I think it is a good place to shop on a budget. My only concern is that after a while of items being on sale, they are thrown out rather than being donated to charities or orphanages. I realize management and employees can't do anything about the company policy. I pray the company considers donating the items to poor communities, rather than throwing it in the dumpster.”
“I had stop going to this store because it had gotten so horrible! Today, I made a quick stop just to grab a quick item, and to my surprise it was a total improvement. I could actually walk down the aisle, merchandise was actually stocked on the shelves. The associates were very courteous and greeted me upon my entrance. I had the pleasure of speaking to the new manager, Kelsey. She’s really done an awesome job in such a short time. I can now start back shopping there, thanks to Kelsey and her amazing team!!”

“These lint rollers work every bit as well as the 3M ones do and they're only a dollar!! Got the little duster thing for a dollar too. It works great for dusting the touchscreen part of my dash and without changing any of the settings !! Highly recommend both products”
“And being cold and snow then we got out and went to the local Family Dollar on Briarwood everyone on the staff greeted us had everything we need for being cold and stuck in the house spend a lot of money what you guys took care I need staff was friendly and nice my son and I will return again.”

“Usually when I go to this Dollar Tree the management and cashiers are friendly. As I was checking out there was this older lady at the register talking to a customer and told me to go to the young man register. Like seriously if you are off the off the clock don't stand at the register talking to a customer and putting all the work on another co-worker.”
