“Every week I get a helium balloon for my little baby, she can play on it for hours while I get work done. My Monday's are BUSY, so it's important that I get one before the night ends ? I lost track of time and saw that Dollar Tree was still open at 8pm, so I hauled butt! I walked in and one of the employees could tell that I thought they were closing soon, she greeted me with the biggest smile, and said "Baby! Don't worry, we will take care of you!"
I was looking for a clip to clip the balloon on, all they had were the heavy weights. When I tell you both employees didn't give up looking for a clip, one of the employees came back with 3 different options Y'all I can tell you this is the BEST costumer service I've ever had at a Dollar Tree, heck better than most places nowadays. When I got up to the register, that name tag read 'Lucky'. Well, well!! Ain't I lucky to meet the famous Ms. Lucky herself! I told her she is Flowood famous and we appreciate her amazing customer service, she's been praised a ton on this page.
The young gentleman tonight did an amazing job too yall! He was the one that looked far and wide for my clips. We are lucky to have Ms. Lucky and Domonick here in Flowood!!”

“Hello everyone, I DoorDash in our shop at this Dollar General sometimes and today I DoorDash, but one of the things I like about this Dollar General is how clean it is and how well organized it is I DoorDash a lot of at other Dollar General around Jackson, Mississippi., but I must say this one is well up kept I mean, yes some of the shelves are scarce with items, but it is so neatly organized. Another thing is I love the associates. Great Customer Service skills that makes it amazing. When I walk in the store the associates are always speaking and respectful and polite.”

“I don't know why dollar general NEVER has more than one or two people working at any time throughout the day before they close at any location. It's dangerous and too many people flood in at the same time during their breaks between 10:30AM-15:00(3PM), after 17:00(5PM) and before closing. But the employees are usually friendly and provide as good as service as they can to usually be the only person of two or less there. Dollar General...you REALLY should do better.”
