Why is it necessary for the Pharmacy to close “for lunch”…There are plenty of Pharmacists and pharmacy staff to be able to take staggered lunch breaks..! NOT Professional…!!..why not just close the whole grocery store..?? (From a retired Registered Pharmacist)

I got tired of spending 45 minutes waiting in line at Walgreens. I made the switch to Kroger and I never wait more than 5 minutes in the drive through. Same price as Walgreens… just better customer service with more knowledgeable pharmacists. I’ll never go back to Walgreens pharmacy again.

This review is specifically for the African American woman with the ginormous forehead and terribly placed wig who just “helped me”. The pharmacists here have only ever been kind and helpful except this woman. Just tried explaining real quick that Im not sure if it’s there yet because it was just called in and she fully interrupted me to say “Date of birth?”. We all hate our service jobs, I hate my service job and yeah I hate dealing with customers but I get paid $10 and hour you get paid $30 and your job is tell help people dealing with all kinds of sicknesses, chronic illnesses, and diseases. I’m sick and tired and just wanted to my medicine that you couldn’t even give to me. Fix your wig and attitude or get a new job that doesn’t require helping people.

Went and dropped off 2 prescriptions at 9 am, just left surgery, 1 was pain meds was taken of by a very friendly lady they would be ready in 20 minutes my wife brought me home waited 30 minutes and went back, talked to a red headed guy, told her they were not ready, she told him the situation, he seemed very unconcerned “I don’t know what to tell you” “ let me get a good number and I’ll text you when they are ready.. no text came we both tried to reach the pharmacy by phone after dealing with the robo gate keeper and the phone ringing for 30 minutes No Answer! I called Krogers main line and asked a very nice lady to see if their phone was done. She tried to get a Sore manager to no avail but did transfer me to the pharmacy a Lady answered told me my prescriptions were ready , but very unconcerned sounding. I let her know what transpired she again was not n concerned. Maybe I am old school but what has happened to customer service!!!

Kroger Pharmacy at hwy 51 is the best. The staff is the most helpful and knowledgeable and friendly.

This is an overall good location of Kroger. I am generally a fan of Kroger and whenever I am in the area, I find myself stopping at Kroger.When traveling for business, I often stop at Kroger to get water and whatever else for my hotel room. One of their waters, their blood orange flavored water, is definitely something amazing.I also usually pick up stuff to lug home. I am definitely into food and enjoy cooking and some items I can only find here.The staff is friendly at this particular location and there is something to be said about wandering the aisles, soaking up the various foods available. It is definitely a zen vibe.All in all, I would definitely recommend this particular location of Kroger and I will give it five stars. If you are in the area, go check it out.

In general, the service is decent, the store is fairly well maintained and the shelves are as well stocked as they can be given the current supply issues (2022). However, my specific gripe is with the online ordering system. My wife and I recently placed an online order for pickup, but nearly 25% of the order was entirely missing and several other items were made with bizarre substitutes that invalidated a number of coupons that were being applied to the order. The employee who brought out my order did not mention any substitutes or missing items when they delivered the food to my car and I was forced to make a return trip to acquire the missing items. Also, this is not the first time this has happened with online ordering from this location. Tl:dr in-store shopping is adequate , but never use the online order function.
