I never seem to have a good experience with Kroger pickup. Much better at Highland Colony than Hwy 51, however today was probably my first great experience. Caitlyn delivered our groceries and she was very informative, professional and extremely friendly. You need more like her and she is a rare breed in this economy.

Bathrooms disgusting! Entrance to store has overflowing trash cans, trash on the floor. Everything in the store felt dirty and unkept. They really need to clean and brighten the store.
