“I just had a wonderful experience at Office Depot in Madison. There was some miscommunication between my wife and the staff on how many prints were needed and when I got there, around 8:00 pm, they were actually crazy busy. Marquita (may get that spelling wrong) was so kind and patient in helping me even though I could tell she was under a lot of pressure from many customers needing assistance. It’s the type of service that makes you leave feeling great and wanting to do repeat business. I don’t know how else to show my appreciation, but she helped make this a great night and a happy mom at home preparing for a friends baby shower:)”
