“Absolute five star service here. My brakes went out and my daughter and I were stranded. Once I got on the phone with 5 Point, they helped me out in every way possible. Helped me figure out where I was, then the tow truck driver was there within 20 minutes. At the shop everyone was friendly and answered all 137 of my questions without getting frustrated or irritated. After a few days when my car was fixed (major issue), even the owner stopped us so he could take a look at the repairs himself. I hope I never have to see them again (LOL!!), but if I'm in need and am anywhere in this vicinity, I'm going here in a heartbeat. Thank you guys!!!”
“Been dealing with this shop since before 2011 and I have never had a bad experience. Think the first time i dealt with the owner was when he was in the shop across the street welding up exhaust. Cant remember the exact year now lol. But the new shop has some awesome people working un the back. Thenones working in the back know their trade and do great work and prices are not bad at all.”
