“The store and employees are awesome, parking is a bit of a cluster because there is a lot in that one shopping center but if I have big bags of food they watch while I pull up to door to load.”
“I wasn't able to enter as the gates were closed. The shelter doesn't open until 1:30 pm but the gate was still locked when we arrived near 2:00 pm. The staff person was very friendly and helped to answer my questions.”

“I usually go in a couple of times a month for a pet wash. Everyone is very kind to me and my snoodle, Pepper. The store is very clean but, sometimes when I go into the pet wash room it is filthy. I realize it is because of the customers because THEIR dog hair is left in the tub and drain. It will always be necessary to clean the drain for the next customer! It's only $10 guys for all they offer. I as a respectful client appreciate all the products they offer AND the blow dryer. Need a big sign saying,
1. Clean the tub/drain
2. Hang blow dryer hose up
3. Put soiled towels in the tub
