“Although I am not currently a resident of New Meridian Estates, I am actively seeking an apartment in preparation for my job relocation in February. I typically do not read or leave reviews; however, I felt it was important to share my experience. From my initial phone inquiry regarding available units and scheduling a tour, the professionalism and courtesy of the staff stood out immediately. I spoke with a leasing representative named Brooke, who was exceptionally patient, attentive, and never once made me feel rushed. This was in sharp contrast to other properties I contacted, where the interactions felt unprepared and disengaged. I informed Brooke that I would be on a very tight schedule during my visit due to multiple property tours and the need to locate a potential office space. When I arrived, Brooke and the New Meridian Estates team were fully prepared, organized, and ready to assist. Of the seven other appointments I had scheduled that day, not one leasing office remembered my prior contact. The professionalism and attention to detail demonstrated by New Meridian Estates left a lasting impression, and should I proceed with my relocation, this community will be my first choice.”
“Great housing option for being stationed on NAS Meridian. Don’t let the bad reviews deter you (most of which are 2-5 years old). It’s likely the safest neighborhood option with it being on base but it is separated from the main part of the base so it feels like a normal neighborhood. Tons of storage space including outdoor closets and free storage units if you want one. The houses are a good size and you don’t have to worry about lawn care. Maintenance staff is good at keeping up with your maintenance requests and if there is an ongoing issue they involve upper management. Most of the houses are pretty dated but so are the majority of housing options in the city of Meridian in this price range. Overall, this is an excellent option if you have received orders here. You can have your house reserved before you even arrive here if you begin paperwork ahead of time. Note: If you are moving here, be sure to get Notth Lauderdale Wireless Internet. It is the only option that will be worth your while.”
“I was looking to downsize & came across the Woodlands. I thought, “this is where I want to live”. The staff is over the top! Wanda & Helen are always there to help in situations & Mitch is always available when something needs fixing. The property is stunning, thanks to Austin. I highly recommend the Woodlands if you are looking to downsize from a home to an apartment. Great place to call home.”

“Renee is the best apartment manager. My sink has been broken for weeks and she wasted absolutely no time getting it fixed. Hell she even did my dishes for me and bought some disposable eating ware, as well as dish tubs for temporary use. She has went out her to buy me groceries to eat on while my kitchen was being fixed! She’s has treated me like i’m one of her own! She is the most amazing person you could rent with and maintenance and the other neighbors are just as awesome. So if you’re not renting here already, YOU NEED TO!!! SHES GONNA TAKE CARE OF YOU I PROMISE!!!”
