“I owe a huge thank you to Teia Hopson, one of your managers in Meridian, who was a lifesaver for me and my family. I drove up to the car wash late Sunday afternoon, Aug. 9th, and she noticed that my left front tire was low on air. I would have never noticed it because my tire pressure sensors don’t work anymore and they are too expensive to replace. She volunteered to add some air in my tire until I could get home. Once I got home, we realized the tire had a nail in it and I was able to borrow someone’s vehicle while we took my Tahoe to the tire shop on Monday.
If Teia hadn’t been diligent in going over and beyond to help her customers, my daughter wouldn’t have made it to school the next morning because we would have woken up to a flat tire. As you can imagine, being on time for school is important to my 10th Grader who was just getting started in the new school year.
