“I cannot recommend Morgan Tile enough. From start to finish they made what could have been an incredibly stressful process completely seamless. I was dealing with a complex insurance claim while deployed overseas and coordinating everything remotely with a 9 hour time difference and Ryan, Aspen, and the entire team were professional, communicative, and genuinely went above and beyond at every step. The floors came out absolutely beautiful, we tore up old carpet and replaced it with Rivers and Roads Sun Road LVP throughout the entire house and the transformation is stunning, the quality of the installation speaks for itself. They completed a roughly 1,200sqft job in less than 3 days including the time it took to remove all the carpet. What really set Morgan Tile apart was their experience with insurance claims, they made the approval process incredibly straightforward and saved me significant stress during an already complicated situation. Their communication throughout was excellent especially given the distance and time zone challenges. I’ve already referred several coworkers and will continue to do so without hesitation. If you’re looking for quality flooring and a team that actually delivers, Morgan Tile is the place.”
