“I would love to share my experience that I had with this store in which will now be my FAVORITE place to go if I need help with our account! I walked into the store and was greeted with a WARM WELCOME! I love the fact that they greet you by saying, “Welcome to Xfinity. I sat on a cozy chair and only had to sit about 2 minutes before I was greeted by a lovely lady named Eboni. Eboni was able to look at my mother’s account and came across a little bit of a stumbling block in which led me to meeting the General Manager named Devaughn who made a special trip from his Atlanta XFINITY store. Devaughn and Eboni made me feel at home… they took the time to address my needs and answered all questions that I had… I felt valued as a customer, and I have never felt this way about XFINITY in a long time! I have been with this company for over a decade and I’ve never had this experience until I met them! I also wanted to say from the time I entered the store until I left, it was like a family reunion with people I’ve never met! I know this was super long, but I believe in paying it forward when you have a great experience like I did! I will always stay with XFINITY because of Devaughn and Eboni. I didn’t mention everyone who was in the store but you all did great as well! I will be loyal to XFINITY! Please give them a raise!!!”
