“Since my last review, they've improved a lot! The staff is very helpful and informative. I've since convinced my family to switch to cricket because of the cheaper plan with same or more benefits, no random charges, and kind employees. The only thing keeping this from 5 star is corporate needing to fund the store a bit more I believe.
