“Prompt and efficient customer service. I was on a business trip, a bit pressed for time and my phone stopped working. I stopped at the ATT store in Meridian. Angel, the manager met me at the door and asked how she could help. I told he I needed a phone that worked. She offered a good plan and I was out the door with a new phone in 30 minutes, thanks to Neal who set it up.”

“Since my last review, they've improved a lot! The staff is very helpful and informative. I've since convinced my family to switch to cricket because of the cheaper plan with same or more benefits, no random charges, and kind employees. The only thing keeping this from 5 star is corporate needing to fund the store a bit more I believe.
