“The new manager, Shawanda, really made my visit truly pleasant as I was having a not so good of a start, she made it turn around for me. I am grateful that you have her on staff. It takes a special person to take time out of their day to help someone else day better. I thought you would like to know if there is anyone that makes a difference in your membership. Thank you you making a change in my day.”
“Amanda helped me from the beginning. The other two employees were very nice, friendly, and helpful. They all made the process easy for me. The young lady that completed my loan process was very informative and straightforward.”
