“It was icy roads and bitter cold yesterday, but I took my cat to be spayed anyway because I'd received a call the night before to confirm the appointment. We talked about the weather. I offered to reschedule. I was assured they would be in.But the weather changed and the owners told the staff not to come in. Idiot me showed up anyway, and Dan came out and took my cat and said he and Misty were there and they would get it done.So they did! They called me to tell me she did fine and to say what time I could pick her up -- or let her spend the night if I didn't want to go back.Of course I went back! They are wonderful here. My cat is doing great. No cone of shame, either -- so relieved about that. We've been with Till-Newell through so many animals I've lost count. With every single one my pets have received excellent, quality and loving care. The new facility is the greatest, too.And I won't even go into the care I get with my setter. Suffice it to say she is doing great despite the odds.Thank you Till-Newell Animal Hospital!”

“We had to evacuate to Meridian, MS after being hit by Hurricane Ida in Southeast Louisiana. I had my elderly father with me as his home was severely damaged from the hurricane. It was a very stressful situation and with no power, it was scorching hot. I contacted Meridian Animal Care Center 1 day prior to evacuation and spoke with Bethany. As crowded as they were from other evacuees, she assured me that, "we'll make it work." When I got there the following day, they were so gracious, kind, and comforting. I boarded my cat and brought my dog to the hotel with me since he was very stressed from the hurricane and was being very clingy. I can't tell you how at ease they made me feel and by taking such great care of my cat. When you're stressed from a hurricane, you need as much kindness, normalcy, and reliability that you can get. They provided all of that and didn't even charge me for the boarding. Bethany and the rest of the staff are truly angels. We might eventually relocate to Meridian and if/when we do, we will be sure to take our beloved furbabies to Meridian Animal Care Center for veterinary care.”

“Dr Leslie Williams is an awesome vet. He and his staff were very compassionate when our dog Riley got sick. You can tell they really care about the animals they treat.”

“I wrote this on their Facebook page but I'll do it here as well this place is AMAZING. My poor sweet baby chalupa wasn't eating and lost so much weight. I took my cat to another vet first and they said he had a mass in his tummy that should go away. After xrays and a few hundred dollars I switch vets to till Newell. She said there was no need for more xrays that would be a wast of money once she felt his tummy. She discussed surgery and I told her that sounded good. She called me at work and I ran right over. She said it was cancer and that she could try to remove it but it would be really expensive and more than likely wouldn't work. I guess what I am trying to explain is she saved me thousands of dollars I would have spent in a heart beat showed so much love and compassion and a someone even held my hand as I said good bye to my baby they are amazing and tomorrow I am taking my new puppy there it's been about 2 years since my last visit but I no my new baby will be in great hands”

“This vet is very caring and helped save my pups life. He spent 3 days here & i got my puppy back and better. They answer all questions you may have and if you have any concerns they tell you to bring the animal to them to be seen. They never acted as if i was a burden or that i should already know some of the things i asked. They were very helpful. The vet & techs and ladies at the front were super nice too.”
