“We traveled all the way from Florida to the Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine – Animal Health Center with our French Bulldog when he became very sick. We were extremely worried and honestly terrified that he might have IVDD.

From the moment we arrived, we felt that our dog was in caring and capable hands. Lisa, Jess, and Dr. Bugbee were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, compassionate, patient, and took the time to carefully evaluate our dog and explain everything to us.

Dr. Bugbee, as the neurologist, was thorough and knowledgeable, and we truly appreciated the care and attention given to our boy. They were able to determine what was actually going on with him and, most importantly, gave us answers and a clear plan moving forward. After traveling such a long way and being so frightened about his condition, having a team that treated both our dog and us with such compassion meant so much.

We are incredibly grateful to Lisa, Jess, Dr. Bugbee, and the entire Animal Health Center team. It is obvious that they genuinely care about their patients and the families who love them.

“Staff and doctors were amazing. I appreciated their kindness and thoroughness. The only negative is when it got late there was no one accessible to reach out to for helping us go out to take our dog to potty or to let us back in. Eventually we waved at someone through the window in a locked door and she got someone else to come let us out and back in. Please note: the 1207 address on this listing is incorrect. I submitted a change but I don’t know if it will get updated. Use the one on the website.”

“Took two baby raccoons to them that needed attention and they were so kind and helpful. Even didn't charge. Yall give these people the same love they show all God's creatures. Great staff. and yes they accept donations for their kindness but didn't require it. 6/5 stars”
